FEE STRUCTURE
All incurred costs will be split between the registered families and will be billed as they are scheduled. While we will make every attempt to be transparent and up front with potential expenses, by signing this agreement you agree to pay your player’s share of all costs in a timely manner (we are not a large organization that can carry these expenses). Once paid, the fees are non-refundable, except for limited special circumstances.
The cost estimates are an example only, and are based on the following example scenario:
- Two 90-min practices per week (Monday practices cancelled after 2-day tourneys)
- Two 90-minute batting cage practices per month
- Two tournaments per month (one 1-day and one 2-day)
Costs may fluctuate based on actual number of scheduled activities, available facilities, number of registered players and the quantity, type and/or duration of entered tournaments. Any significant deviations from these estimates will be discussed and agreed upon as a team before they are scheduled.
Estimated Player Registration Fees (once per year)
Team Registration/Insurance $30
Game Uniform Package $140 (two jerseys, one fitted hat, two pairs of socks)
Practice Jerseys (optional) $30 each (one or two are recommended)
Estimated Total $170 – $230
Estimated Player Monthly Fees (collected as they are planned)
Field/Batting Cage Fees $75 – $85
One-day tournaments $50 – $65 each
Two-day tournaments $55 – $85 each
Estimated Total $180 – $235
